Chocolate Coffee Cream Fancies

 Salah satu my biskut raya tahun ni... SEDAP.. Sebelum ni kalau tengok biskut yang ada aising cream macam ni takut nak try sebab dalam paler ni duk fikir tentu rasanya manis sangat. Tapi biskut ni lain. Kandungan gula dalam biskut yang sedikit, rasa kopi yg pahit , aising cream yang manis dan ada rasa manis pahit coklat hitam tu.. emm gabungan yang cukup sedap.

1st try... lepas ni nak letak krim aising 
tu banyak sikit sebab biskut bi tak manis pun..

Untuk resipi asal boleh tengok sini dan kat bawah ni resipi copypaste dari sana. Uhuhu takdanlah nak translate dan tulis semula..



Chocolate Coffee Cream Fancies

Cookies
60g ................................. Unsalted butter
1tsp ................................. Coffee extract*
1tsp ................................. Milk
2 1/2 tbsp ....................... Caster sugar
.......................................... A pinch of salt
100g ................................ Plain flour
 Coffee cream
200g ................................ Icing sugar, sifted
2tsp .................................. Vegetable oil
1/4tsp .............................. Coffee extract*
1-3tbsp ............................ Milk 


60g ................................... Dark chocolate, melted


* If you don't have Coffee extract use instant coffee + boiling water instead.



Make the cookies
  1. Beat butter, coffee extract, milk, salt and caster sugar until light and fluffy. 
  2. Stir in flour, the dough will be firm.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  5. Line the baking sheet with non-stick baking paper, or silpat.
  6. Roll the dough until 3mm thick.
  7. Cut the dough into 3.5cm rounds, and place in the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until colored, stand the cookies on the baking sheet 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
Make the coffee cream

  1. Mix all the ingredients together add enough milk until the cream is spreadable.
  2. Spread the coffee cream over the cookies, stand on wire racks until set.
  3. Pipe melted chocolate over the cookies.

  1. Salam kak! dulu2 kita tak minat sgt beskut2 perasa kopi tp sejak kawen jd suke pulak ehehe... nmpk menarik tapi alahaiii malasnya nak membeskut raya2 ni sbb nak balik mesia raya nanti :D

  3. masing2 dh sibuk membuat biskut raya ye. tun mmg xdan langsung nk ngadap kukis.. nunggu 2-3hari sblm raya kt kampung nnti baru nk buat nih.

  5. salam Yani, adeh..nmpk sdp tu, prsaan nk mengukis dh berkoba2 tp kerje mnjahit x siap2 lg..huhu. ank2 pon dh tanye bila nk buat kuih raya.. Yani, icing cream tu, keras ke sifatnye, apetu..org kate royal icing, ntahla akk bkn ade ilmu mmbaking ni..huhu.. tp, yg pstinye beskot ni msti digemari bdk2..& x sabo2 nk jilat kerimnye..hee..

    1. samalah kita minum kopi tak suka tapi kalo perisa dlm makanan sedaplah pulak.. stok kopi pun takde kat rumah ni. Kalo MIL nak mai dia bawa stok kopi sendiri sbb kat rumah ni mesti takde punya.. Kalau nescafe tu ada dlm pek-pek kecik je.. tu pun yg ambik kat hotel
